Frequently asked questions

General

⛺️ Is it advisable to make reservations?

During Easter, May holidays, Ascension Day, Pentecost, the 2nd weekend after Pentecost (Sacrament's Day) and the months of July and August, it is necessary to make a reservation. Our accommodations and camping spots are almost always occupied during these periods. Please go to our website to make your reservation.

🐢 Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at our campsite! Pets (max. 2) must be reported at the time of reservation and cost € 6,- per night.

There is a dog shower at the park, owners can make free use of it as well as the free poop bags that are at the reception.

πŸ”Œ I have lost power; now what?

A power outage is annoying, but is often caused by a short circuit in your own power cable, appliances or too much power consumption (10 amps are available per location). In those cases the fuse blows.

If your power goes out, please visit reception. An employee will come by to turn the power back on (if possible). In the high season (Monday to Saturday) we are usually available until 8 p.m. and then there is a night watchman who may be able to help you.

Is the reception closed? Then wait until the next day.

🚿 Do you need shower coins?

No, we do not work with shower coins.

πŸ₯€ Do you separate waste?

Yes definitely, we have one place with containers for glass, paper and residual waste. Small chemical waste such as batteries can be dropped off at the reception. The container for residual waste is only suitable for household waste, preferably packed in garbage bags. Green waste can be deposited at another place upon request at the reception.
